Exactly how this site makes money, and what that does and does not change.
Right now, nothing on this site earns a commission. The affiliate programs are not live yet, so every outbound product link is a plain link with no tracking attached. This page will say otherwise the moment that changes, and each affiliate link is marked in the page as it appears.
What commission does not change
- Which products appear, and in what order.
- Which animal a product is recommended for, or warned against.
- Whether the failures get published. They do.
Prices
Prices shown are what the listing said when the guide was last updated, and the date is printed next to the link. Pet retail prices move constantly and subscription pricing distorts them further, so check the live listing before you buy.
Not veterinary advice
This site reviews consumer products. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If an animal is losing weight, straining in the litter box, limping, vomiting repeatedly or off its food, that is a call to a vet rather than a change of product.
